The Mandalay taken from "The Avengers" Movie?

Just rewatched "The Avengers" and noticed the Jet they used to pick up Loki is very similar to the Mandalay.
What do you think?

I have thought it was specifically from the original 'Guardians of the Galaxy' movie. So, if not the S.H.I.E.L.D. craft, then Starlord has a contender.
