There are a few strategic systems that I was wondering when you'd get around to clearing up, but it looks like you've moved onto kicking them out of those now.

I can't believe they haven't seen the writing on the wall, has there been no attempt at an olive branch? Or are diplomatic resolutions still stalled with that ridiculously long treaty that was waved around last time?

There have been several attempts. Unfortunately, they refuse to even talk. They still stand by that ridiculous treaty or nothing.

We left it as just a standing invitation for whenever they are ready to talk. Our door is always open.
