The most absurdly undervalued object in the galaxy

The first time Discovered EARTHLIKE WORLD

I mean seriously, its worth the same as a E-rated non engineered KEELBACK? 3 million?

Difficult to find, yes they are still findable, but seriously worth more than 12 tons of platinum
Why would anyone pay more for something as mundane as Earth-like World data? People find those ELWs all the time. They are drifting through space, unclaimed. UC has data on more ELWs that humanity knows what to do with.
On the other hand, in all this time I haven't found even one Keelback in good shape that I could take as my own and sell.

ELW data is overpriced. 😝

Exploration rank and rewards make no sense. You can become an "Elite Explorer" in a day while not actually discovering a single thing, and make bank flying around the bubble mapping bodies that have been mapped a bazillion times.

Exploration should be done for the exploration alone.

Absurd...

Then you should just blow up ships for free too, and mine rocks just for fun.... DO THAT

I practically do. Worked my way up to a Corvette with nothing but combat before they made combat profitable, and never bothered with KWS.

That's besides the point however. You somehow missed that I agreed with you that it makes no sense. I only advised exploring for fun and not credits because there are more lucrative ways to make credits.

I enjoy making credits WHILE i do it. its not WHY i do it, but it should pay well regardless like any trade.

I search for various things, though my current favorite is finding new mining sites out in the black that nobody has mined. so the carrier is always following me.. and yes... i mine for fun to, but the credits are part of the fun.... i have billions i hardly need.

Robigo runs. No exploration. :(

Ah, a multi-billionaire complaining about his low pay. You can't make this stuff up. 10/10

Not complaining... if 3 million a ELW is all it ever will pay so be it, the OP was IMO about balance, seems odd something like the Jewel of earth found is only worth a keelback. BUT..... i will admit... the second poster made a good point.... ATM they are a dime a dozen.... UNTIL, we can exploit them in some way... their value is near NULL

I actually have to agree with you. Until there is a system or way to exploit or even claim them to build a base on, their value is limited to finding and storing their data. there are 100s of thousands of them, maybe millions.
