As I was just leaving Cassie-L-Peia in Tanmark I spotted a *Wanted* Terry Negus (he's EVERYWHERE!), leaving at the same time, in an unshielded Sidewinder!
I am flying a Type-6 at the moment, without anything on the hardpoints; so I followed him out away from the station's NFZ and got close enough to disrupt his FSD..
4-pips to shields and I boosted into the back of him and destroyed him. HA! But I didn't get the bounty voucher
My 2 questions:
1) Why didn't I get awarded the bounty voucher? Does only weapon's fire count towards a kill?
2) How come Terry Negus is everywhere? I see him more than any other NPC. Has he been following me since Cosi? Or has a Clone conspiracy been uncovered?
