have already done that,once from the bubble in a ASP,and once from colonia in a conda,just decided time for my fc,time isnt a problem as im no hurry,but cheers anyway.

A FC makes a great platform for sightseeing until having to return to fill the tank.
There is always mining those tritium hotspots that you find whilst exploring.
A fact that may be underappreciated. Effectively, lost in space.

Personally I'm too busy with previous updates to absorb any new content. Colonizing entire starsystems, building infrastructure, hauling stuff.

content wise I do wonder why more is not done with what they have. missions to regain control of or it platforms which have been over run by bandits (or mission to over run a base). there would be a bit of a disconnect I suppose because I can see why FD may not want players en masses running amok in all bases so it would have to be kept in check by getting a mission off the board .
the comparison with MSFS 2020 or 2024 is an odd one imo. that game uses many many gigabytes of data from Microsoft maps (or Google maps if you flip it)

I for one welcome this new content drought. I have a colonised system to build, dozens of new elitedangereuse.fr adventures to try out, dozens of EDCoPilot time trials to do better at (and a colonisation geotagging feature to explore), new ships that need to be bought, outfitted and rolled down the side of craters, numerous JustAbout rewards to be earned, PowerPlay duties that I’ve been shirking, an empty Buckyball race calendar that needs filling, and a long todo list of interesting colonised systems to visit and explore. Enough with the new content already, by all means fix some of the outstanding bugs Frontier but for god's sake give me time to savour all the content you’ve already added!
