The New Python Mk2 - TIPS/Where to buy

I watched a streamer buy it this morning at Jameson Memorial, I have the Arx but it is not showing up for me. I reloaded the game, and signed out of the launcher, and it is still not there. I guess I will try Brestla, but Jameson is supposed to have every ship. My Arx are showing that I have just under 20,000 in the game.

I have the Python Mk2 and was able to install different modules to it except for the bulkhead. I can't seem to find any place that sells its military composites counterpart. Is this a bug?
I have been flying around looking for the Reactive hull. Went to a station that originally sells the Python bulkhead and was not there.
Anyone else been able to find where they still the Military/Reactive composites for the Python Mk2??

I fully A-rated & upgraded my P2 plus engineering, Military Grade hull etc. at Jameson Memorial, but Brestla may work the same. Jameson has everything you dream of, Reactive guaranteed (137m though), but access is limited to Elite rank (trade, exploration, combat, maybe one of the new ones too) unless you are a kickstart backer. But the only difference is cost, Brestla is similar, but charges 15% on top. That may be bearable

I have the Python Mk2 and was able to install different modules to it except for the hull/armor. I can't seem to find any place that sells its military composite counterparts. Is this a bug?

There was a brief appearance in the data at Tsiolkovsky Horizon in Pyrrha - have you tried there yet?
If all else fails maybe. Personally I'd look for high population systems in Li Yong Rui space for that bigger than Jameson discount (it all adds up, especially if like me you want some reactive armour to go with it).

Just so you know it's also a 20% surcharge for the privilege at Isola.

Inara has added a search option for Python II components and the ship itself, don't know if the data is correct, but still.
Reactive Armour seems to be rare (same for Military):

EDIT: This is for Deciat and should be correct now, the first version showed the ones for the Python I instead. In any case, there should be more systems than just Shinrarta and Brestla.
