The npc's are now plain weird

Hi all. Since the last patch, apart from the usual (sometimes long) freezes, often unable to connect to the comms, and sometimes unable to dock because the stations are full up and no-one wants to leave, the npc's are plain weird. I thought it was open play that had the problems so I went back to solo mode but that's the same. What I mean is quite often during a trade run i'm intercepted -that's a given considering expensive cargo- but even if I power down and submit, the npc's sometimes immediately attack without waiting for the 10 seconds to comply to run out. Sometimes the npc's even demands a far greater amount of cargo than I'm actually carrying, I mean what chance does anyone have in that situation? For now the type 9 is mothballed in the hope something changes and am staying with the trusty python. The npc's are so erratic in their behaviour, c'mon, who in their right mind would just blow up a ship after it submitted? :S

Regards

Well.. i have been known to blow up ships when they submit. Usualy cus i want to stop them delivering the cargo more than cus i want the cargo. Im evil.. i know.

But asking for more cargo than you have is not right lol i think this will be ironed out... one day..

I renently had an npc pirate ask for some cargo. So i dropped 10t kongga ale at his request. While he was deploying collectors i span round and and gave him a salvo of penetrator torpedos to chew on.
Yeh how u like those apples you theiving space scum?
Then i picked up his cargo and made a tidy profit.
