I had luck on my journey and found a completely undiscovered system sooner than expected. Twenty-six bodies total, including a Class M Star and a Class L Dwarf. The photo attached to this log entry is taken on a small 0.5G world with a neon atmosphere on the outer rim of the system. Mostly of ice and oxidized iron rock, the diffuse light from the distant Class L Dwarf shimmers on the frozen surface.
I sat down my ASP Explorer "Onogoro" in a flat valley for the night. Scanning the system and exploring the planets took a good eight hours, so i will take some rest for now. Tomorrow will see an SRV excursion to look out for some geological formations I scanned down earlier. One more unexplored body remaining after this. Then i will continue on my expedition into the unknown.
