Sorry about the thread name. I was feeling poetic.
Anyway, i thought it would be nice to add a thread where all aspiring seat builders could dump their images and inspiration footage. While building my personal chair, I collected loads and loads of images about design features and detailing ideas. Way too much to dump into my project site. Perhaps these images will inspire others as well.
This one would make an EXCELLENT starting point if you want total immersion for the SRV:
Think of all the bracket mounting points you'll get if you start out with this. I'm not even mentioning the added benefit of being able to pull yourself in and out of the chair (oh, i just did).
