the open world (multi) black adder error

I have not received my ban mail I can go to the game I have the option to go to the open world (multi)
but I don't see any other player or other player's mesage and as soon as I want to do a matchmaking I have a black adder error ?

hello ,

Frop ,, I have a friend who came with her laptop and she is connecting wifi to my network and has no problem.​

I also have the problem with the community event which remains blocked at 0 tons to deliver
