The Orion Nebula - The Trapezium Cluster.

So I made the journey to the Orion Nebula hoping to find the Trapezium Cluster but am at a loss to where they are.

I've also noticed that almost ALL of the well known stars within the nebula are not there.

For instance when searching any of the below stars, nothing comes up.

And OMG!, I can't wait for navigation to change. This really doesn't work FD... Really...

Anyways, I'm now out at the nebula and am a little disappointed. I'm not finding anything that should be there and while I have a TON more to explore in the nebula, I have this huge feeling that I am wasting my time. Nothing in the nebula is any more special than anywhere else. Maybe I'm just missing something in the huge jumble of stars. Would be nice to see a wider variety of new stars, different speeds on the star rotations.

Anyone that has been in the nebula find anything interesting? I care not about CR, I just want to find the cool stuff in the nebula.

Tons of stuff out in this region, I'm here at the moment, about to start the journey home. Just search the forums. that's what I did, you will find many great topics from other explorers.

HD 37061 is findable in the galaxy map - but some of the others aren't (or at least I don't think so).

I did notice that star but it was one of the farther ones outside of the cluster. I started with trying to locate the position of the cluster itself which is one of the most interesting features of the nebula. I hope FD adds more detail into these down the road.
I am really hoping that the cluster is actually there but they called them something else.
HR 1893,V1016 ORI,HIP26220/HR1895,HIP26221/HR1896,HIP26224,HD37023/HR1894,BM ORI should all be in a tight cluster. FD add this to your list? :)

Well I just came back from there. Saw a supergiant star (EZ orionis I think, you can't miss it, it's a giant yellow ball in the galaxy map in realistic view), there are also a few black hole systems behind between Orion and Barnard's loop. And a ton of stars very close packed that are good for making exploration credits :)

Plus, the nebula looks really cool, it makes for great screenshots.

You're making me want to pack my bags and head out exploring.
