The “perfect” earth-like world to live on

The oxygen percentage is higher than earth but due to the lower pressure there will be less available - in terms of actual volume of oxygen 22.8% of 0.78 atmospheres is a smidge less than you would have at 18% oxygen in 1 atmosphere. With 0.78 atmospheres you're going to be susceptible to altitude sickness at sea level - that's like starting out close to 7,000 feet on earth.
 
Hm.. yeah that is a downside. There may be regions on the planet where the oxygen lvl is higher then 22.8%, or under sea lvl. It is something to keep in mind.

It's not great but people can live there like they live in for example Nepal / Tibet.
