The Pilot's Federation is against Slavery

Where does this put us all as members of the pilots guild in relation to the other factions?

I'm keen to see what Federation and Imperial supporters have to say about the Pilots Federation's stance.

Where do your loyalties really lie?

Especially considering the pilots guild manage Galaxy wide bounties. elite rankings etc.

EDIT - Here's a image that shows the station, Jameson Memorial. Pilots Federation.

I'm not saying that you are lying, but there is nothing in that image saying that the Pilot's Federation posted that mission. You could have gotten that mission anywhere.

I would say that while the Pilot's Federation may not condone or pratice slavery, it is also a politically neutral entity.

More than anything else, it exists to fulfill it's "role as a conduit for trade route information exchange between trusted pilots", to provide "the infrastructure for a mutual protection scheme against the rising scourge of interstellar pirates" and to enforce a "zero tolerance policy of dishonourable behaviour amongst its members".

Therefore, I believe the members of the PF are free to follow the rules of the political entity they choose to serve, regarding slavery or other matters.

The PF will only intervene (as represented by the in-game mechanics of fines and bounties) should the pilot violate a direct interest of the PF or its members, as shooting down an innocent pilot, trading forbidden goods in systems under PF control, etc.

Beyond those very broad rules, the PF will probably consider anything else fair game.

Not wanting to get a telling off from a mod but just stumbled accross this thread again

"zero tolerance policy of dishonourable behaviour amongst its members". is pretty subjective
