Could faster FSD spool up upgrades from engineers be taken into account with this one ?
Commanders sure do like their jump range but if you're going to be running criminal activities then maybe jump range is not the best bet. Maybe the faster FSD spool up could negate the Pinkerton slow down situation a little and give these other engineer upgrades a better standing in order to be used.
On the note of upgrades.
Engineer Module Shielding Upgrades. Maybe instead of the shielding upgrade increasing module HP, I feel it would be a more valuable upgrade if the shielding actually blocked special abilities on upgraded weapons.
Variety is good.
The more I think about that shielding comment the more I see how it may not work. Ahwell.
