When you start FFE, there is a Skeet Cruiser in the same starport as your ship.. How many times have you shot it down?


I admit, I sometimes start the game just to destroy the skeet, what's your favourite tactic to get it? Don't be shy, I know you guys love to do it, too.

Bwuh? I never considered blowing up Skeets for lulz, but now that you mention it, it sort of makes sense - it's quite merciful to save those poor commanders of life in shame due to willingly flying a ship this ugly.

Actually, it has nothing to do with the ship being a Skeet, but everything with the Skeet being in the star port.


It just asks to be blown up. The best tactic that I found so far is to shot at it, and then fly as close as possible with the Skeet. Soon the police will fire at you, and since your Saker is quite small, they will often hit the Skeet instead. Fortunately, many police vessels in Old Blackelk have 4MW beams...

Pretty much every time I start a new game that Skeet cops a barrage of laser Then I have a bit of fun escaping the Police, hopefully taking a couple out on the way before hyperspacing out of the system.
