Can the Red Panda have a remodel, because it looks too fluffy and it can look more like this

I don't think there's much wrong with the model, its just the way the fur shader works. They had to pick the best shader to work across a bunch of animals. I like its floofiness personally

I think they stated somewhere that they will not change the models for existing animals.

Its just that the red panda is my favourite animal and I feel it doesn't look as realistic as they do
