Horizons The rest of the season...

So just a bit of discussion and speculation on the remainder of Horizons.
(sorry if it's been done already)

So as far as I know, we are confirmed to get avatars. No date but from there we can make the assumption that multi-piloting ships
will be a thing at the time of avatar release. (Can't wait to load up my boys in the python or anaconda and trek out!)
At some time, we will get volcanic land able planets. (better surface resource collection maybe?)

Speculation time, Thargoids will come into play this season?
If Thargoids come into play, will we see another branch in faction selection? More ships?

Feel free to point out my shortcomings and add to what we have. Speculation is always fun. :)

Well there's 2.4 which is touted as secret update. Honestly, don't get your hopes up too much and don't speculate too wildly because it can cause backlash and complains when it didn't turn out to be true. Case in point, people speculated and assumed that commodities were gone in 2.1.05 yet it didn't. Yes yes I know FDev didn't communicate it properly in the file and in the post but never assume something before FDev confirms it :D
