The Scariest Thing In Spaaaaaaaace!!

They come out of nowhere.

You never saw it coming.

Suddenly, it's in front of you, then under you, then to your right.

Pirates fear them.

The meanest mercenary steers clear of them for the safety of their own vessel.

The most fearsome alien commander, with a ship bristling with weapons gives them a wide berth.

Take care if you see the designation upon their ship:

I always wonder if there's an equivalent of the Audi driver in Elite.
Y'know the kind that seemingly forget how indicators work, what the speed limit is, which lane is for what, and lose depth perception, as soon as they step foot in one. :p

I'm betting is some form of Imperial ship. :p

I can't really talk anyway. I only dock below 100m/s if there's an Eagle on my scanner. :p

We have that here, but it's almost always a Toyota Camry driver. I assume that only certain types of people buy those cars. Even the Corollas can keep up with traffic. Camrys just do their own thing. (slowly)

Was behind a new CMDR last night. He tried to take a T-7 into the mail slot sideways. Things didn't work out for him after getting stuck and having station guns clear the slot.

I find the state plate designation to be most helpful, rather than car makeup or crappy stereotypes. As in:

IN: turn signal not installed
OH: maximum speed in the fast lane is 10 below the limit
MI: gas pedal is stuck to the floor
Canada: you will pass me, I will pass you, ad infinium

I've named my Type-9 "Corky" for its innate ability to get completely lodged in the mail slot.

But I suspect the closest thing to "That Audi Driver" would be a smuggler in an Orca.
Speed limit? Indicators? Lanes? I know nothing of these things when I'm hauling 124 tons of contraband.

Yeah, I'm that guy.

Isnt that mercedes drivers?

I have been having a major discussion with the 'boss' that people make judgements about you based on the car you drive. Comments? There are so many parking restrictions I hardly get to use it. Mainly for weekly shop. I had a friend who use to have a car stereo system that cost more than the car,, you know what I mean :) Basically it was stolen but they left the car lol..

Lol, I had one, complete with instructor and another student in the car, run a stop sign right in front of me once. Of course I hit them, but fortunately wasn't going very fast but still resulted in some bodywork for both cars.
