The Scriveners Clan Dredger has been found and there is some storyline there, but with a possible catch.
The ship has 4 scannable logs, 0-4. I scanned log 0 and got a bit of storyline, but the other 3 gave me the same message stating that I'm unauthorized to access this system.

I didn't scan in silent and I did not pop a heatsink while scanning and no other message came up saying that I was in the wrong or illegal or gained a bounty. Being intrigued I ran back to my carrier, grabbed a different ship and went back. This time I was in silent, popped a heatsink but was not allowed to scan any logs being that I have scanned them already. But I did get a bit of story from log 0 so.....

If someone is willing, travel over to Synuefai OS-O c8-1 and scan either log 1, 2 or 3 and see if we get any more story.

Quick update, "New Astronomical Object" detected at bodies A7 and A9. Popular belief is that these are new to me hotspots, but this is not the case here. I scanned A7, got the NAO hit, did some investigating and found nothing, moved on and got another hit at A9 and the hotspots that came up are ones i've seen before and are similar to A7. This suggests that there is something there. Unless someone has contradictory info.

I believe New Astronomical Object, appearing in gold under the top right info panel, occurs when you find a body type for the first time in each galactic sector.

A7 is a Class 1 Gas Giant. A7a A7b A7c and A7ca are all icy bodies
A9 is a Class 1 Gas Giant. A9a - A9e are all icy bodies

I'd have thought you should have encountered those types of bodies unless you have a very recent CMDR who has not travelled much. You could check how many of the 87 you have found for the Inner Orion Spur and check next time you get a notification to see if the number has increased by 1
