I can't seem to understand how having 400 billion systems FDev haven't included easter eggs like this in the game, if I were in charge, it would have tons of easter eggs
Are you a Trkie? The station "Lenord Nimoy Station" orbit's the in game planet that would be the Vulcan homeworld in Star Trek, so plenty of easter egg's just not Xbox specefic one's.

Those names, if I'm not wrong, were decided by the "founders" who got chances to name systems. Not sure tho. And I was referring to things like finding a massive and abandoned space station citadel-alike, just there, being something that some other species left behind and that we can just explore and all.

And this was a PC game first and you keep calling off Xbox easter egg's, of course those won't be there. Would be cool to see a Protoss or Zerg easter egg though..

I am not asking for xbox easter eggs, I hate when people divide PC and Xbox version asking for exclusive content. By the way bear in mind that I'm talking about easter eggs and not *little* references. For example, whatever is behind the UA, that will be an easter egg, one extremely well hidden but an easter egg, probably very big.
I just doubt Elite will do more than special rare item's thet refference other sci-fi, it's going more for realism and Halo(I could've swore started on original Xbox ax it's launch shooter title) and ME(deffinitely started on Xbox as a MS wxclusive and by ME2 was also on PS3) are more out there with the Covenant and Spartan's and ME with a large majority of it's tech based on the "Mass Effect" from Eezo.
Actually, Halo was born to be a MAC and PC exclusive, untill Microsoft inverted a load of money into it to be an Xbox & Windows game, ME indeed was born as an exclusive, but not a true exclusive after a few years
What I mean with including that level of easter egs, is including some lost in the black wreckage (and maybe give us very little and almost unnoticeable hints to find 'em) of stations that have the shape of the Citadel or a Halo Ring, or a Death Star or whatever, just actual wreckage without working tech that could have been left there bylong disappeared species and that we can explore with our ships.
Damn, I just want to find anything that is not human and that is not a tiny object or does not even have a skin, if the shape of that object is (big) refference to other Sci-Fi stuff, I'd love it even more.
I'm sure I would not be dreaming of things like this if there was actually something out there.
