Flat Earther's are going nuts over this. They claim the range is 120 miles in a straight line. 8 inches squared per mile of curvature would mean the projectile would fly 2.6 KM above the target. by firing at sea level.

Well, can't expect them to have heard about gravity or ballistics if they haven't heard about the globe thing now can we?

Well, no flat-earther ever saw the ocean, I guess. Otherwise they would have noticed that ships tend to kind of disappear beyond the horizon.
But what do we know, maybe they have a theory that every ship that goes more than ten kilometers from the shore sinks... or something...
