Righto - sounds like we have a touch of the Feta Game going on here. If any of you chaps and chappesess are out and about later on today. You wouldn't mind awfully nipping by the Continental Counter in your local supermarket. If you could grab some of that sublime Greek Goat/Sheep based crumbly white cheese with a rich salty flavour, and report back. I understand it goes particularly well with the light to medium-bodied, red berry and cherry flavours present in a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir.
