Well probably not but last night this happened over my home in the UK Midlands:

Last evening about 10pm GMT I was outside having a crafty ciggy, looking up stargazing as usual when this happened... couldn't believe my eyes but instinctively knew just what it was.
It was pulsating bright greenish yellow and just after it vanished it made a colossal sonic boom sharper than a thunderclap that reverberated around the surrounding houses..... neat! Does make you wonder just what is 'up there'. People are now out there looking for debris. If any is located we've all been told to photograph it in-situ and then pick it up with, and wrap in clean aluminium foil and report it to the authorities asap.
Now with upcoming Odyssey we are getting tenuous atmospheres... we need meteorites in game... especially green/yellowish noisy ones!
