General / Off-Topic The Tragic Struggle of Telling your Friends to Buy Bitcoin

Trying to panic buy some more BTC and ETH now, but conventional banking middlemen are being the annoyances they are, so I can only hope the slump continues a while longer.

There is a concerted effort to destroy bit-coin.

A concerted effort to manipulate it's price taking a lot of other people for a ride. Professional grifters vs. gullible yuppies and the grifters always win of course.

One has to ask, is there a motive, behind all of this?

Buy on the dip, write sensational news stories, etc.

It looks like Elon is backing down and accepting car purchases with Bitcoin again.

😷
Old news and to be honest. Elon is one of the biggest Bitcoin manipulators. Up and well and down. One day, 'hay I am buying.' and up goes the price and another day. 'I won't accept that dodgy Bitcoin.' And down it goes. You can guarantee that he sold all of his and at very good price, before he made that statement and will be probably buying low, just before he big's it up again. Nice to have all those assets, to play such games.

This is probably how he succeeded financially

Daddy owning an Emerald mine, may have had something to do with that.

I think you might have read something on the internet. ;)

Wikipedia: "His father is Errol Musk, a South African electromechanical engineer, pilot, sailor, consultant, and property developer."

and:

"...said this boy needs to get his hands on one of these computers. So we got one, thank God at a discount"

Doesn't sound like Richie Rich. ;)

Oh. No one is saying that Elon has not made his own fortune. However: Life will tell you, that if you take a financial risk, that you have no issues with losing. Then 9 times out of 10, it will pay off. The man's 'support network' has been nicely 'airbrushed' out of history. Claims, like a $100.000 collage debts; are just another part of the myth, that is, Elon Musk.

Fair enough to the man, but any story of, poor boy makes good/fortune etc., is just that: A story.
