A Civil war is taking place in the Sun Chuen system, in the Imperial borders. Cmmdr M.Volgrand, whom dissappeared after the end of the Lugh Independence War (and known for have fought with the Crimsom State Group) reappears sending a video report for, as he says, Sidewinder Radio.
