<<<<<PRESS RELEASE: For Immediate dissemination>>>>>>>>
Until further notice, Kratos Interstellar Logistics will be suspending operations to search for two of our own. On Wednesday, October 14th 3301, at 22:48 Universal Standard Time, contact was lost with the Python, ISS Plutos Bounty. The Plutos Bounty was en route from a refit on Faust 68 to Orang to pick up cargo on an Imperial contract when the Automatic Reporting Unit in the Python reported an illegal interdiction. Shortly after, all contact was lost with the ship and her crew of two. Currently it is unknown if the ship was destroyed as no emergency locating beacon has been detected from an ejection pod.
At this time Kratos Interstellar Logistics management has released all pilots from their current assignments and asked them to engage in search and rescue operations.Kratos Interstellar Logistics has also sent requests to Emperors Grace and Admiral Brennus as well as Arissa Lavigny-Duvals office to assist in search and rescue. Answers from both parties are currently pending. The names and home-worlds of the pilots are currently being withheld pending notification of the families.
Any information from commanders that were in either Faust 68 or Orang on that date who may have seen the interdiction or have any information as to the whereabouts or status of the Plutos Bounty may contact either the Imperial Navy or our offices at Lindblad Station in Rishar, Sternbach Hub, Arikara or Adams Market, Eotienses.
Kratos Interstellar Logistics has contracted with outside carriers to complete current shipping contracts in order to allow timely delivery of cargo. No further contracts will be accepted until further notice. Any further questions may be addressed to our company headquarters at Lindblad Station in Rishair.
Your prayers to the deity of your choice are very much appreciated in this dark time for our company. May God bless us in our search and God preserve the Empress that we may bask in her greatness.

<<<<<<<<<<<<FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
It is with great sorrow that Kratos Interstellar Logistics reports that we have located the wreckage of the Plutos Bounty. It was located in a remote sector of Orang. The life pod containing the pilots, Commanders Tarius Carlyle and Cyrus Lancaster was located. Sadly due to a hull breach during ejection there were no survivors. Our most sincere condolences to the families in this difficult time. As to the forces who attacked the Plutos Bounty Kratos Interstellar Logistics would like to remind them that not only are we the Empires foremost custom logistics company but were are also a highly regarded private security corporation. At this time Kratos Interstellar Logistics would like to renew its cal for any and all commanders to review the sensor logs on their ships for any data that may have been inadvertently recorded during the time of the attack. A reward will be offered for any information leading the the identification of the perpetrators. Furthermore at this time all pilots may return to normal transport and combat duties.

<<<<<<<<<<<<FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
It is with great concern that Kratos Interstellar Logistics is ready to release its findings regarding the reprehensible attack on the ISS Plutos Bounty. Our 9 month investigation has taken a great sum of our corporate resources and countless man hours have been donated by our staff and contract commanders to process the sensor logs that have been supplied to us. We also would like to thank the Orang Universal Organization and the offices of Zemina Torval who graciously transcended any faction rivalry and came to the aid of fellow Imperial Citizens seeking to uncover the circumstances surrounding this tragedy. Torvals Office supplied us sensor and docking logs of all the stations in ORANG for which our company is extremely grateful. Upon further examination of the wreckage and the location of the Plutos Bounty flight primary and secondary flight recorders it has become apparent that the attack on the vessel unfolded thusly. The minimal shields on the Plutos Bounty were disabled by sustained laser fire from three different vectors. Once the shield were disabled, the engines of the Plutos Bounty were then destroyed by both multi cannon fire and a hit from an air to air missile. The cargo hatch was then opened by the crew. following the opening of the cargo hatch there was sustained multi cannon fire, again from three vectors at which time the crew activated the escape system and the crew pod ejected from the vessel. The hull breach in the ejection pod that was responsible for the deaths of the pilots was caused by laser impacts post ejection. The deaths of the pilots occurred as their flight suit life support expired. Our investigation has revealed that the attack was committed by Federal Agents working under the auspices of now Federation President Zachary Hudson. The attack was carried out inside empire space and was completely unprovoked. This loss was even more tragic and unwarranted as the Plutos Bounty was very lightly armed at the time and was merely on a ferry mission to Orang and carrying no cargo of value. This can be considered nothing less than Federation endorsed murder of innocent Imperial citizens in Imperial Space. Hudson's office has refused to respond to requests that the agents involved in this crime be identified. Hudson's current position makes criminal prosecution problematic. However, Kratos Interstellar Logistics will be filing a wrongful death lawsuit in Intergalactic Civil Courts. Our company will be pursuing this lawsuit tenaciously using every avenue available to us on behalf of the families of our commanders. We hope to attain some closure for those impacted by this senseless tragedy. All transmissions to Hudson's offices and Federation Consulates have gone unanswered. All calls for explanation for the actions of these Federal Agents have gone unheeded. Kratos Interstellar Logistics would like to plead with our beloved Empress to not take the destruction of peaceful trading vessels and the murder of loyal citizens of the Empire lightly. We would humbly ask that this matter be taken up through diplomatic channels so that some form of compensation may ease the pain of the families involved. Kratos Interstellar Logistics would also like to thank the commanders whose sensor logs made a positive identification of the perpetrators possible. The names of these individual commanders will be withheld in case of federation reprisals. We honor the courage it took to do the right thing considering the circumstances surrounding this deplorable event.
Long live the Empire and long live Her Imperial Majesty Arissa Lavigny-Duval that we may bask in her greatness.
