That the CMNDR in question was less than smart in coming back in Open helped.

You can't hope that everyone will be that dense.

Worked for you, but others may not have the same results.

You also proved what a joke station security is, toothless. Either make it real security or just trash the entire station traffic enforcement.

On a related note, about all these novice CMDRs in Anacondas...

The usual argument is "Just cos they're a novice in combat, it doesn't mean they aren't a veteran player"
Thing is, it's always Anacondas you see the novices flying, and often unengineered ones at that, - not Cutters or Corvettes.
It certainly appears they they're often flown by CMDRs who obviously have a stack of credits and not much else in the game. [where is it]

Someone - I think it's Rinzler - has a rather glorious video where a guy logs in combat: He just throttles down and waits.

A few minutes later the guy logs back in, badly damaged and right in front of his guns. You can guess how that ends. :D

His ship is engineered to hell and back so he can take on people with bounties likely earned because they spent too much time on a landing pad.

Advanced Plasma Accelerator, long rang with target lock breaker, premium ammo
Overcharged Powerplant
Engineered heat sink (4 shots), with premium ammo
Wide-angle interdictor.
And lots of hull reinforcements, and 3D module reinforcement
