Engineers There is no Jet's Hope to access Hera Tani

I have a problem with accessing Jet's Hole as it is not there and does not show up, I have scanned the planet and even accessed the Nav Beacon in the system but to no avail so I cannot access the engineer Hera Tani.

Does anyone have any ideas as to where I have gone wrong as I have access to her but there is no Jet's Hole where it is supposed to be. [knocked out]

I play on the XBox One platform

Going to out on a limb here . . . have you reached the RANK of Outsider or higher with the Empire? You need that before you will get the invitation message that grants access to Hera Tani. After you get the invitation message you will have to donate 50 units of Kamitra Cigars to Hera Tani before she will work on your ship. o7

Thanks for the reply, I have the problem sorted now.
I had the rank of king with the Empire and initially had access after updating my missiles to G5 with Liz Ryder last year, but it must have been a glitch as I now have access again. For some unknown reason I could not find Jet's Hole so I went back to Liz Ryder to see if my G5 I completed earlier last year was still current and confirmed it was. Now I can go for the Cigar's for Hera.
