There some things WAY wrong with this game.

I have been playing since beta and 4 and 5 have always driven me mad, I have just made a £1m in spare cash over Xmas but 4 and 5 have been a pain :-(

I play as a bounty hunter. In all the time I've been playing, I have only been flagged once as wanted for friendly fire. You need to take your finger off the trigger once in a while and learn how to dog fight. If you just chase the target around with guns/ lasers blazing you are going to hit what you don't mean to hit. Sorry, I don't mean to be rude but if some of us mainly play in combat but almost never get flagged as wanted, I would suggest it's not a bug but probably your skill level. This is not meant to be an arcade game. There are consequences for your actions. In fact many of us think there should be more harshness. Take your finger off the trigger once in a while...lol. Cheers and Merry Christmas!

Totally agree, if their passing 3 m in front of you then no chance to avoid (heat of the battle) but otherwise just chill and concentrate!
Not 'rocket science'?.....

One thing for sure he's right about that is killing this game's fun and has made me quit until it's addressed is being attacked by the system security vessels for bounty hunting wanted NPCs. Whether or not you accidentally hit one of them or not it needs to be addressed and fixed in the next update. The triggers for an NPC to start attacking you are wrong, a bug. Sometimes it will only be one security vessel randomly attacking you for no reason. That's a bug. On another note, accidentally shooting a security vessel and getting lit up for it needs to be redone as well. All of the security vessels within range of you all immediately focus on you for hitting one and for a split second, and try to kill you for it? Annoying beyond anything else in the game right now. "time to pay up freebooter." Then let me either 1) pay my bounty directly to them before i get killed for nothing or 2) redo the system that labels me wanted for hitting them for a split second. It should only label you wanted if you put a certain set amount of rounds into them as in you're purposely attacking them.

I`m sorry but this IS an arcade game...its childishly simple compared to most of these games out there..anyway to your other point....system security ships WILL go actively hostile for no reason..its a surprisingly well documented bug, there are even videos of it..i`ve suffered it where i`ve been flying along with zero cargo,no wanted status hardpoints stowed and 1 out of 4 system security ships present went active and started attacking, the other 3 ignored me completely even when i started using them as ablative shields if it was something to do with rep or something i`d done all 4 would go active hostile...and if it occurs and you jump out then jump back straight away it resets and goes away...there is something off in the hostile coding.

Heat ! It's COLD in space with no AIR so no fiction , is just how it is. Only time Heat should be an issue is flying though a Nebula or debris blocking stuff up thus not allowing heat to move into space
Actually, nebula and stuff would ease getting rid of heat... Vacuum of space is a "perfect" insulator where heat dissipation is difficult unless there's matter onto which to transfer it...
