I am very sad because of this problem that I have been facing for a long time, I tried hard to find a solution but I failed to solve it and I tried to communicate with the technical support of the game
But I don't know how to communicate with them.
And I don't enjoy the game because of this problem, which I don't know where it came from.
And I changed the Windows copy.
And I've repaired the game files a lot of times from steam.
And I deleted the game and re-uploaded it
But all the attempts not to solve the problem. and I think this is a problem in the game itself
Please help solve this problem

as the items pointed out are populated via the cloud and not from your machine persay if these are not downloaded quick enough blank placeholders are put in place to keep the game running and not crash
it would seem your isp connection to the servers is weak
things to possibly look into too improve it
a wired connection to router
a static ip address
upnp enabled in router and on pc
lowering mtu level
a good gaming vpn (can reroute connection much more efficient path to servers)
other times this may be just down to the servers being overpopulated due too to many of us all playing at the same time and fd are not quick to register and switch on the additional servers required to meet demand as amazon ecs web services are supposed too expand according to demand but I see no notable evidence of that occurring on patch or new content days
