Engineers These arent the materials your looking for....a suggestion

The problem - cant find that one grade 4 material you need but have a whole load of other stuff?

The Solution - A material exchange that allows you to side-grade or down-grade mats you have for mats you want/need

For example you can swap 3 Grade 4 mats for 1 Grade 4 mat you actually want
or swap 1 grade 4 mat for 1 grade 3 mat

These exchanges would be found at engineers bases and the max grade of mats you can exchange would be equal to the level of access you have with them
For those doing Power Play one could be located in each PP HQ system with the max grade linked to their PP Rank

This should mitigate the frustrations of the eternally elusive material

That seems like a good idea. It deserve thought and refinement but it is a good idea.
