Just got the latest 9.7 update and it works gloriously in the Rift. Its truly staggering how beautiful the sim is from lighting to planet generation and sheer scope. Granted he doesn't have to worry about complex space ship simulation or anything like that, but he knows his stuff when it comes to planet generation. They would give themselves a huge head start by hiring this genius!
