Newcomer / Intro Thin blue circles

Thera are many thin circles around planet map ...why?

Those indicate that you can land on it.

If there are thin Blue lines around it with vertical lines coming out of one side that means that aside from landing on it there are bases on it as well.

And if you see a bluish bubble around it is that the planet has an atmosphere
