Thin Mission Board - Working as Intended?

I popped into this station (2.3 MILLION people in this system) and hoped to pick up a few missions for rep purposes.

You can see that there isn't much going on here.

Yes, I can go fly to another station. Yes, I logged and reloaded several times in each mode.

Mission Board

In my opinion, every dang station should have some basic missions independent of the BGS related to the core economy of the location.

I suppose this is working as intended. Nothing to see here move along, move along.
