2 days ago I was deep core mining, but my charges were blowing up on impact instead of waiting till I could plant several and then detonate. Today I fly to a new system {Col 285 Sector DR-D c12-9 A 3 A} and try and scan the rings of a planet, but the probes don't even register an impact, let alone scan for hotspots. I have tried open and solo, I have logged out and back in. I have restarted my computer and made sure that graphic settings were as high as they can go. Any clue why this is happening and how to resolve this?

About the first thing, the charges blowing up on impact. Where you in a wing with another commander? Because that's what happens when you are in a wing deep core mining, it is apparently broken since the September update.
