[Things that don't make sense] Core mechanics?

1) For what is standing with faction that runs a station, if it's cops will scan you ALWAYS, on first sight?
2) Wanted tag - especialy in Haz RES, where are no authority ships, it makes no sense to get tagged wanted for firing One sec earlier on Wanted ship, before you get back info that it's Wanted - Or you wanna tell me (for the sake of thinking it through) that there is a built in system, for which Nobody in the whole galaxy found a counter yet, that when your targeting system doesn't recieve yet Wanted info about your target, you get tagged as Wanted? ...ehm
3) After destroying dozens of Wanted ships for the Empire/Federation/Faction that runs this part of galaxy, you get tagged for 400 Cr...have to jump in different system, come back, get on station, pay 400 cr and redeem your 20 Mil payout...- True logic, of a zombie brain
4) Federation / Empire ranks having NO use what so ever - how comes that after scanning my ship, NPCs don't even bother to adress me properly when they see I'm King Admiral? Instead they treat me like a starting Mr.Nobody - kills immersion - yes I know, we have it so we make ppl grind for few dozens of hours more, in meaingless quests that are so generic you won't even remember them, for rank that doesn't even show up to other players
5) Master/Dangerous/Elite low class ships, like Sidewinders...What's the point of facing these, when you fly FDL, Python, Conda etc? All that AI does on Master level +, is that they fly in circles around you for X amount of times
6) Being interdicted by low class ships, that are wanted for 4k credits, while flying Conda and higher - why? How can even Sidewinder interdict Dangerous Conda ? - it's not worth killing, not fun, immersion breaking, stupid nonsense
7) Simplicity of bounty hunting - all NPCs in RES scan you, if you have no cargo, they don't bother attacking you and say How do you even make money? - obviously not by farming for hours in the same area, where NPCs of the faction that I'm killing can't even communicate to each other my position, or they can't figgure out that fully combat outfited ship, with no cargo, is there for bounty hunting
- whole bounty hunting is about GO in RES, find a ship, wait few sec for Wanted tag to appear, destroy the ship, proceed to next one - and that's it, no options, no advanced AI, just plain kill quest
8) When NPC cop get's in line of fire of another NPC cop, who get's internaly tagged as Wanted and cops start to slowly attack this target - Why doesn't he gain Wanted tag, so I could help kill him, so that cops could actualy get back to their jobs of helping with protecting the area, instead of staring at their cop friend and firing every few seconds, just enough for his shields to come back up?

Everytime when some of these things happen, it just makes me ask Why are there not well through thought features?
For once I would just like some oficial word on these constant problems, not community defending devs because "They work on DLC now and don't have time for Core mechanics of their game, ty and stay with us, in few years you will see some progress."
