Things you plan do do first in Odyssey

Actually, I wonder how dead bodies will be dealt with. If you walked into a bar and killed everyone, would there be countless bloody corpses for you (or for someone coming in some time afterwards) to step over, or would bodies eventually disappear, like when you go mining and break off a chunk of rock and it only appears for a while before disappearing?
Social hubs will be no-fire zones (from the Dev Diaries / Q&A) - you'll have to beat them all to death with your beer glass or keep colliding with them, forcing them to hit the wall with lethal force...

Just thought I'd mention the alternatives...

Fully expecting (at least in the alha or beta) station guns open on tha agressor, killing everybody in the instance. :ROFLMAO:

So the combat suit guys will have both thermal and kinetic weapons, guessing the explorers will go kinetic as they're unlikely to encounter shielded opponents. Which just leaves the scavengers.

I reckon if it wasn't for this bloody Covid virus, Odyssey would have been released sometime in Jan or early Feb.
I doubt it! Covid prolly helped frontiers slow to do Hinies out. The opposite effect so to speak. They need solitude to think about "interiors" and how they egregiously missed its inclusion?

Visit a barnacle site, wait for a thargoid ship, then try to be abducted by them. I don't expect it to work any more than when I tried it in an SRV but the view while levitating should be better.

First thing I’m going to do is get out of my Cobra, wander round the back end and see if I can read the warning sign:

My current to-do list:

1. Fly low with a raider kit and try to impale players or npcs
2. Hover low over a player or npc and deploy landing grear
3. Grind a T9 over the ground in a settlement and try to "catch" as many players or npc as possible
4. Walk into a settlement and try to shoot everyone
5. Jump on a ship and try to shoot the pilot through the cockpit glass

I'm going to look for Small Seismic Charges in outfitting.
