Thinking about creating a Safari-type park

I've been thinking about creating like a modern, safari-type post-apocalyptic park. Problem is, not really sure how to start it. Like I would like it be like in the movies where you would come up to this deserted ghost town, with cars in the drive way and such. I'm not really sure on the layout or designs for the shops/coaster stations

When I want to start a project like this, I use Pinterest. I start a board then search for inspiration online, pinning the pictures that I like. Then I work off this board and it develops from there.
