After making a post about the Beluga and if it was or wasn't a good design some comments were made which started me digging into real life concepts of near-future craft.

At least it shows some of the inspiration or near-true-to-life realistic representation of ships we actually have.
It also may also be taken as some dire warnings on how long it would take humanity to get from A to B: Wernher von Braun era. At the rate we're going we'll pass through sticks and stones again first. That or nature won't be will be like, "Hah, nope. Not going through you a second time."
