Thinking of switching

Thanks, I run 3 monitors so that's useful info.

I pretended to die of old age waiting for Horizons and bug fixes, so they dragged me away during the weekly clear out.

Ok I'll get You a barnacle, just do me a favour, I forgot I left a T7 with a hold full of Imp slaves at Hopkins...probably should let them out.....you may want to take air freshener.

I will make sure to find them a new home :D

Well, I done gone did it, downloaded it this morning and just got on for an hour or so, it looks amazing in space and stations and also pretty good cruising over/landing on planets, I don't have an SRV yet obviously but it seems to be quite promising quality wise.
I just need to spend some time getting the controls/bindings how I want now, oh, and a few million credits :)
I'm also seeing loads of people which is a bit different from what I'm used to.

Thanks again for all the replies.

To speak from experience here; Good luck on getting those few million creds.
Took me 6 months to get to the point I'm at now, and I only have a net worth of about 17m.
but hey, if you're ever near Cubeo, I'll gladly lend you a hand :3

That seems odd to me. I was able to get up into the 40 million total assets range in only a few months myself, mostly via rare routes. Granted, that was almost a year ago now and there have been changes, but your rate of credit gain seems quite low to me.

Thanks for the offer, if I'm out that way I'll look you up....don't recall ever going to Cubeo.

Like I said in a previous post I have a fairly good idea of what to do when it comes to getting a few creds, having put in around 900 hrs on the xbone I had a tidy bank balance and a few nice ships.

That being said everydays a school day in ED. I've got a whole lot to learn with Horizons. :)

Greetings my PC Overlords, X box peasant here.

So I'm a bit fed up waiting for horizons to appear on the xbone as well as no HoTaS support or being able to bind keys etc.
I've therefore decided to teach Frontier a lesson and purchase the game for a second time for the PC (probably).

My questions are these:
I have a i5-4690k @3.5 GHz, 8 GB RAM and a GeForce 750 Ti. which I currently only use for work, Is this good enough to run the game well?
Secondly key bindings, can you bind different pip settings to separate keys?

Thanks in advance for replies.

I got the same CPU you'll be fine and 8GB of RAM is plenty still nowadays. I can't say what sort of graphic settings you'll be able to set with a 750 Ti (I got a 970 personally) but I believe some people are using the 750 Ti just fine.
