Third party galaxy map with routing options?

Hi,

I'm on Xbox (so things like EDDiscovery are probably of no help, correct me if I'm wrong) and wanted to ask if there is a PC software that lets me manually input waypoints, connects them and outputs an image showing the route.

If not I'll have to do it ingame using bookmarks or so, but something more convenient would be greatly appreciated.

i know of nothing of these sorts especially if you are travelling via unknown systems outside the bubble, i would like to be able to do some offline route searching though that would be cool, so interested if there is anything out there.

You can still install EDDiscovery on your PC and use the route plotter and planner even if you're not getting your own travel history into it. If XBox produces logs you can get into it - even if by manually copying them to the PC or uploading to EDSM it'll be better but it's not necessary.
