THAT IS TO SAY NOT AT ALL
No, but really, I've probably played the combat tutorials for around 5 hours now, and it's just wonderful. Even on mouse and keyboard the controls feel tight, the dogfighting feels realistic, and the sound design is just amazing. The first time my canopy got blown out (which is something I didn't even know could happen), I thought it was totally amazing how the sound dims out and you start operating on a timer (granted, I always die before the timer actually gets past 7 or 8 minutes).
I have no idea how long the last training sim goes for and I keep running out of bullets... So far I've gotten to wave 8 before I finally fall. Does it go to wave 10? Wave 8 feels hard enough to be the last one, but idk, there might be a frigate or something I have to take down. But so far this game is so fun, and I seriously can't wait until I can finally play the full version on the 16th!
