That got your attention didn't it.

As yet it's NOT actually a game YET, It's a piece of software in development, in which we are lucky enough to be part of the dream (mine serpently) of Elite as we imagined it in the 80's.
I get ranty at issues, but go away, have a cuppa, or a wine, or "Jamesons", calm down, come back, and if it's a bug then report it.
I don't get to play/test for many hours a week, but I have reported lots of issues, even if they're known, so FD get a scope of how big the issue is. I post vids for them to see the issues.
I leave it for a couple of days then get the itch to be back.
As for a comment seen about this being nowhere finished so close to release date... do you actually know what's on the servers at FD offices in the way of bug fixes? and what they've got lined up for the next patch? how many people are working on them and how many hours they're working?
I've seen it go from PB to what it is now, and MANY things have been fixed in fantastically short time, and many updates applied.
FD have stated that the game will be on-going development after release, with new features opened as storylines unfold, such as planetary landings.
Yes we could do with more from them by the way of news, However, as I say at work... I can update you every 15 minutes, but the updates will consist of in the last 15 mins I spent 7 updating you, 4 remembering what it was I was doing before updating you and 4 minutes working, OR leave me to sort it.
Regardless I'm happy (or will be when I get my new Nvidia)
Thanks FD for putting my dream in production.
My thoughts only, but I've had a read of the forums again for the first time in a few days, and all I see is rants, as well as some properly laid out posts about peoples thoughts, preferences and what they think is right/wrong with the "game"
