THIS has to be a bug.

  1. First of all: 0% integrity and not being destroyed? ... (and I didn't had any encounter that justifies 0% .... ok, I have flown around for 10+h since last wear and tear ... but still)
  2. nd: Repair cost more than rebuy? I think I am going to blow it up later. (have to dump my cargo first)

Ship integrity is your "max health" number. The "health" of your ship itself is your hull, which as you can see is grayed out because your hull is repaired to it's maximum value. 0% integrity is a misnomer, it means that the integrity of your ship internally speaking can't drop any lower; your "maximum health" can't go down any more, but you still have "health."

The repair cost for your integrity is based directly on the value of the ship when you bought it. Your rebuy cost is based on the value of your ship and everything it's got equipped. You should repair the integrity time to time and not just ignore it, thinking "repair all" will fix that. You need to manually do it every once in a while. Also, you're going to blow up your ship over a thousand credit difference? Okay...

Sell your modules and go suicide into a wall. Your rebuy cost will go down, and you'll save some money.

I posted about this "exploit" or oversight I guess it is the other day. No one seemed to care :p

It's not unusual for actual repair costs of real goods to be far in excess of the cost of a new piece. It's why totaled cars are written off and not simply repaired.

0% integrity means your hull strength is 70%.
100% integrity equals to 100% hull strength.
It was explained like this by a Dev. (Sandro Sammarco)

The integrity stands for material fatigue, micro flaws and all these things.

If your ship has 0% integrity and your hull isn't damaged at all by a fight or by ramming, the hull is still displayed as 100%.
But if your ship is attacked in this case, the hull will be busted as quickly as it would with hull 70% and integrity 100%.
