I have a limited amount of time to play the game during the week, probably like many of you, what with work and family commitments so I am holding back from making progress now until Gamma release/wipe. Yes I get the concerns but this game has been a proper project and labour of love for players and clearly the devs too. This game will continue to develop and evolve(I hope).

However, from what I have seen this is going to be awesome. Really. I know there are some who have concerns about some facets of the game but there are enough ways to earn money and see the galaxy that I think by the time we all get bored of those the little tweaks and bugs will be done.

Super excited. Cant wait. Booking days of work and planning pizza deliveries, what hardware upgrades I am going to aim for next year and all sorts. Cant wait to see the empire, cant wait to explore and trade and fight. Cant wait to get interdicted in a lacon 9!. Just cant wait. This is me reliving my first gaming experience in glorious Technicolor! Bring it on. If I had the money right now and the time I would go to the launch party and would have supported Alpha but hey-ho Beta has been awesome and the community is awesome. This will be a game I will play for a LONG time.

So fly safe guys, see you all on the other side of the wipe!

I also built my own PC just so I could access PB. So far, ED has cost me quite a bit of cash ... darn well worth it IMO. Bring it on FD!

I am extremely excited about this game, so far i have been impressed with the Beta and i like where the Developers have said they want to take the game eventually. ED is worth what i have spent so far, and i might upgrade to a better throttle/stick controller , if i feel i need it .

Same here, love the game and spent way too much on it already...

X52pro stick, Edtracker, new monitor, premier event (2 nights away), the book launch in hull (bought all 5 books). Can't wait for December when I have two weeks off work to get stuck into the game over the xmas period.

Loved the original, and the two follow ups, and loving this one just as much! Can't wait to see what it will be like over the next year, looking forward to the journey.
