No, Cobra is what happens when you breed the Eagle with a Hauler. That gives you a Cobra MkI, and you have to get several, race them, and feed them various things before breeding again, which lets you get mkII Cobras, and then you keep doing it until you breed a GOLD MKII Cobra, and then breed those for a Cobra MKIII.
