Was thinking the cockpits are so boring i mean we are taking crazy long trips flying lightyears away right..
At ports maybe the option could be put in to buy refreshments 10, 20, 50 credits things like that this would populate just a graphic in your cockpit of a drink or a food wrapper with a half eaten sandwich something like that.
These items wouldnt go away unless you clean your ship at the next port for a small fee. just another money sink (something else to spend your creds on) and a little but more immersion.
The bottled drinks could be labeled with fake manufactures in the game like on the signs you see while entering certain ports.
