This mirrored statue is pointless

I was randomly looking at some of the statues in game. Every Aquatic statue got a mirrored version of it, which is mostly great! But look at this one, what is the point? It is more or less identical on each side. Nothing is facing left instead of right or anything. It feels like a wasted scenery piece

it likely didn't take any extra work to do though. Probably just an oversight when they coded all if in the game. I'm not real familiar with coding but maybe they just grouped it in with the rest of the statues and it "reversed" it. No real difference I agree but I highly doubt it took time and resources away from something else.

You are probably right that it is not likely we would have anything instead. But it probably still counts as one of the 170 (I think it is) pieces of scenery in that DLC. It seems kinda unfair. It is no big deal, I know. Just odd.

It does feel like whoever is in charge of scenery, doesn't really check their stuff probably before release. Just like how we ended up with signs for animals not in the game.

That is something that indeed annoys me, as it feels like research not well done. Like someone told them "make a reindeer" and they made a red deer.

One single unnecessary statue, I can overlook. I have a critical eye over one set recolorable and one not, but they are both the same set though. I understand that the non-colorable version has more texture, but if they stretch the piece numbre too much with this technique, it's a bit too much marketing talk for me.

Aquatic pack was much better in that regard (and also had fewer parts accordingly but that's ok). I think they're developing in the right direction at least.
