This ruins the game for me

I am really loving this game and play on PS5. I am making my way through the Choas section and am doing San Diego.

I keep getting these messages that the rangers can't reach the location because it is blocked. It is getting beyond annoying. It happened on the Jurassic Park one, also.

I have read other postings about this, but I can't really get a handle on how to stop it. Are tourists getting in the way? There appears to be a straight line to the gates and all pens are accessable.

Please help me love this game by teaching me how to cure this problem. If not, maybe you can give me a streamlined way of unlocking evrything without having to go through all these "missions".

I'm guessing you have put the normal fence gates on your fences. The ranger jeeps can't go through the tour gates like they did in jwe1 for some reason.

When the problem start, whats happen with car of ur staff? where he are exactly?

New players always getting stuck with these bugs... lol.

Ok, this is a LONG standing bug that affects all users (pc and console, like most bugs). We have been asking for a fix for more than a year now. Every single one of us suffers it. Nothing you can do about it. This is just another one added to the hundred of bugs that Frontier refuses to fix, unfortunately since a long long time ago. And it is not the most game breaking one lol. Wait til you have a park with more than 40 dinosaurs and all of em start to freeze to death... then you will see :p

I have LOTS of problems with random starvation etc, but the only 'pathway is blocked' issue I've had is with shark feeders -- usually because hotels are right next to them

The bug happens all the time, it has nothing to do with shark feeders, hotels or whatever. Even if you had a straight line of one meter to the enclosure without any obstacles the second ranger will always fail to find a path. This has been happening since eons ago, along, as i said, with other more game breaking bugs. For me this ranger bug is not a problem cuz i do everything manually and i deactivate the use of ranger post in sandbox, dinosaurs diseases and so on. It doesnt make sense to me in sandbox. So this bug never did bother me in sandbox. It did when i was doing the campaign and the other game modes.

But the bug where all dinosaurs start freezing when you have 40+ in your park or the bug where they suddenly stop finding food sources, or framerate problems withou apparent reason and other things have been bothered me since almost two years ago. So. Other bugs like dinosaurs going through fences also dont bother me since the "trick" is to have em pretty comfortable and enclosed in big enclosures, with a lot of space. Also to not place things like rock near fences (any animation can collide with it and make dinosaurs go through the adyacent fence, for example), food sources and such.

But yup, the game is pretty broken at this point, but unfortunately its not allowed to say things like this in the forums so i will probably get a bann after this, mark my words. This is the kind of social media you can expect in this generation. I just dont understand a title like this with so many problems and being ignored by the devs, i will never understand this. Well actually i do understand it but as i said, i am not allowed to say why, cuz i would be probably banned lol (cant be honest in social media these days).
