This site needs a tutorial section

What I mean by this is at some zt2 sites they had a section for tutorials. Not videos so much but detailed pics categorized by buildings,exhibits, and landscaping I believe it was. The reason for this of course was to teach each other and new players the tricks of the trade. At the end of the day it created better and easier ways for players to improve at different aspects of the game. I always found them extremely helpful and anyone familiar with the zt2 round table will know what I’m talking about.

yeah, as well as a FAQ and help section, pretty standard nowadays in forum, discords etc.

I agree. I love this game but it is the most complicated I have had and am struggling to get to grips with a lot of it. The ingame help is not detailed enough. I have no idea how 'grids' work or even what they are. I find path building very difficult and don't know what some of the options are for.

I will carry on trying because despite my problems but would love some more in depth help or an online manual.

The ingame help is very detailed, but covers not all topics. Nowadays, most of the software companies leave help & tutorials to 'content creators' and the community to save money and time. However, here's a playlist with the most helpful tips out there imo, the second one deals with the pathing tool.
